Gazza Signed Shirt Prize Draw — Terms & Conditions
1. PRIZE DRAW
This prize draw is for one signed Paul Gascoigne Euro 96 replica England shirt. The shirt has been signed by Paul Gascoigne and comes with a certificate of authentication.
The prize is supplied as promoted. No cash alternative is available, and the prize cannot be exchanged for any other item.
2. ENTRY PRICE
Entry costs €2 per entry. Each €2 entry gives you one chance in the prize draw. Multiple entries are allowed.
3. HOW TO ENTER
Entries must be made online through the official website:

This prize draw is online only. Entries will not be sold in person or over the bar. Entries are only confirmed once payment has been successfully completed.
4. CLOSING DATE
Entries close at 9:00am on 17th June. Any entries received after this time will not be included in the draw.
5. DRAW DATE
The draw will take place on the morning of 17th June. The exact draw time will be confirmed, but it will take place between 10:00am and 12:00 noon.
6. HOW THE WINNER IS PICKED
The winner will be selected at random using an online random generator through our website.
The draw will also be shown live on Facebook so entrants can watch the winner being selected.
The result of the draw is final.
7. WINNER NOTIFICATION
The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided at the time of entry. Please make sure your name, email address, phone number, and delivery details are entered correctly.
If the winner cannot be contacted, or does not respond within 7 days of the draw, we reserve the right to carry out a redraw and select a new winner.
8. INCORRECT DETAILS
It is the entrant’s responsibility to provide the correct contact and delivery details when entering. We cannot be held responsible if an entrant provides incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information.
If we are unable to contact the winner due to incorrect details, and no contact is made within 7 days, the prize may be redrawn.
9. DELIVERY
We will ship the prize to the winner’s nominated address.
Shipping within Europe is included.
If the winner is outside Europe, additional shipping charges may apply.
Any customs charges, import duties, local taxes, or extra delivery fees charged in the winner’s country are the responsibility of the winner.
We are not responsible for courier delays, customs delays, failed delivery attempts, or delivery issues caused by incorrect information supplied by the winner.
10. REFUNDS
All entries are final.
No refunds will be given once an entry has been successfully submitted, except in the event that the prize draw is cancelled or a genuine payment error has occurred.
11. FAILED PAYMENTS & INVALID ENTRIES
Entries linked to failed payments, cancelled payments, refunded payments, chargebacks, suspected fraud, or incomplete transactions will not be included in the draw.
We reserve the right to remove any entry we believe to be fraudulent, abusive, duplicated through technical manipulation, or in breach of these terms.
12. IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG
If there is a technical issue with the website, payment system, random generator, live stream, or any other part of the prize draw process, we reserve the right to delay, pause, restart, or reschedule the draw to make sure it is completed fairly.
If the Facebook Live stream fails, the draw may still take place using the online random generator, and the result will be announced afterwards.
If the prize draw has to be cancelled for any reason, valid paid entries will be refunded.
13. PUBLIC WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT
By entering, you agree that your name may be announced publicly if you win.
We will never publish your full address, payment details, or private contact information.
14. FAKE ACCOUNTS WARNING
We will never ask winners for bank details by private message.
Please be aware of fake accounts and scams. The winner will only be contacted using the official details provided through the website entry process.
15. FINAL DECISION
The organiser’s decision is final in all matters relating to the prize draw.
