WORLD CUP BOOKINGS TERMS & CONDITIONS

We are excited to welcome you for England & Scotland World Cup matches at The Sports Bar. Due to exceptional demand, we are operating a booking system for England & Scotland games only to ensure the best possible atmosphere, customer experience and safety for everyone attending.

Please read the following carefully before making your booking.

YOUR BOOKING

Your booking guarantees entry for the number of guests stated on your reservation and a seated/table space to enjoy the match.

Please note: bookings do not guarantee a private table or a specific seating area. Our team will allocate all seating in the best interests of customer comfort, venue flow and safety.

There is no option to request inside or terrace seating. All seating is allocated by our team only.

ARRIVAL & CHECK-IN

All members of your party must arrive and check in no later than 2 hours before kick-off.
**This is a strict condition of booking**

If your full party has not arrived by the stated cut-off time, any unoccupied seats within your booking will be reallocated immediately to waiting walk-in customers. Please ensure all guests arrive on time, as late arrivals cannot be guaranteed seating.

To help us manage arrivals smoothly, tables will be available up to 4 hours before kick-off for those wishing to arrive early and enjoy the build-up.

On arrival, all guests must report to the bar to check in. Wristbands will then be issued to all members of the party.

PARTY SIZE & GUEST NUMBERS

Please ensure your booking reflects the total number of guests attending, including children.
Children count towards your total booking numbers.

If your party arrives with fewer guests than booked, we reserve the right to reduce or release any unused spaces immediately.

We are unable to hold empty seats for late arrivals or absent guests.

SEATING & MATCHDAY OPERATIONS

All seating allocations are final and are managed solely by our team.

Bookings secure access to a seat and table space for your drinks during the match, but this does not guarantee exclusive use of a private table.

To maximise comfort and venue capacity, some bookings may be seated alongside other customers.

Please follow all instructions from our staff and floor team at all times.

Once checked in, your seating remains valid for the duration of the match.

STANDING AREA / WALK-INS

A limited standing and walk-in area may be available on a first come, first served basis, subject to venue capacity.

Standing spaces are not bookable.

Any released bookings or unused spaces will be offered to walk-in guests immediately.

FAMILIES / CHILDREN

Families and children are welcome.

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times.

Please be aware that England & Scotland World Cup matchdays are busy, high-energy events with a lively football atmosphere.

ACCESS / VENUE SAFETY

For safety and capacity reasons, buggies, prams, mobility scooters and similar large items are not permitted inside the venue or on the terrace during matchdays.

These must be left outside the venue at the ownerโ€™s risk.

Walkways, exits and safety areas must be kept clear at all times.

Customers must follow all venue safety instructions.

SERVICE

This is a bar service event only.

There will be no table service.

To help reduce queues, we may operate additional outside bar points and fast-serve systems.

MATCHDAY CONDUCT

We want every customer to enjoy the occasion.

The Sports Bar reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any customer whose behaviour is considered unsafe, abusive, excessively intoxicated or disruptive to the experience of others.

Management decisions are final.

CLOSING / LAST ORDERS

Last orders will be called at the final whistle.

As we are located in a residential area and must comply with local licensing regulations, all customers must respect our closing procedures.

NO SHOWS / FUTURE BOOKINGS

Customers who repeatedly fail to attend bookings without notice may have future booking privileges withdrawn.

By ticking the booking confirmation box, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms.
