MERCHANDISE RETURNS POLICY
All Sports Bar merchandise is made to order and customised specifically for you.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Returns are only considered for the following:
• A manufacturing fault
• A printing error
• Incorrect item supplied
Where a fault is confirmed, we will replace the item or offer a refund where appropriate. All merchandise purchased through the website is COLLECTION ONLY from the bar unless otherwise arranged. All items MUST be checked at time of collection.
IMPORTANT NOTES
• Items must be unworn and unwashed
• Proof of purchase is required
• Minor variations in colour or print placement are a normal part of custom-made garments and are not considered faults
